This is an advert that has been put up all over London (UK),
with the approval of the mayor and the company that handles public transport inside the city.
You can see they got the little girl to throw a masonic owl sign.
On her head you can see the 5 pointed star, which by itself is not evil,
but in the context of this photo, it probably means the childs mother,
some other female relative or guardian, is an eastern star (branch of freemasonry for women).
Perhaps they even initiated this child into one of their wicked cults already:
