They created this document it seems, because they were getting accusations, that they were spraying chemtrails on purpose to poison humanity and/or change the weather.
They respond with this, basically claiming that 'chemtrails and contrails are the same thing', and that the reason why the 'former persists in the skies, whereas the latter disappeares quickly', is due to changes in temperature and humidity to paraphrase.
This is exactly the problem with these freemasons. It is constant denial, lies, semantics and gaslighting, until they finally face justice:
